Jūn in Jūly began with a reverence for creation, tradition, fermentation, and a love of Florida’s seasonal abundance. Every bottle is brewed in small batches to preserve nuance, sparkle, and the living character of the culture.

Florida Honey

We partner with local beekeepers and use raw, unfiltered honey as the heart of the ferment. Its floral complexity shapes both the aroma and finish.

Green Tea Base

Organic green tea gives Jūn its bright structure and clean lift. The result is lighter and more delicate than a typical kombucha profile.

Slow Craft

From brew to bottle, the process is intentionally small and attentive. We aim for a beverage that feels special, refreshing, and alive.
