Jūn in Jūly was born under Florida sun, where honeybees forage among orange blossoms, palmettos, and seagrape. We partner with local beekeepers to source raw, unfiltered honey — the soul of every bottle.

Our SCOBY has been pampered for generations, fed only the finest organic green tea. The result is a cleaner, more delicate ferment — champagne-light, gently effervescent, deeply alive.
